Job Title: Business Development/Sales Manager

Location: Odessa
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Promote and strictly adhere to all Company HSE policies and practices.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Responds to customer concerns about the company and its products. Works with internal resources to solve customer issues and service quality.
- Provide customer location visits to ensure products and services meet with customer’s expectations.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.
- Conduct all business activities in compliance with company code of conduct, policies and procedures and all applicable legal requirements.
- Achieves sales targets and ensures customer satisfaction; researches and provides forecasting for sales activities in the assigned sales territory or account.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in Oil & Gas industry related to automation, electrical or measurement.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, methodologies, and best practices as well as data entry and reporting skills.
- Available after hours, weekends, or holidays as occasionally needed.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel as needed.
