Loan Administration Processor
Position Summary:
This position reports to the Loan Administration Manager and is responsible for reviewing loan papers to ensure completeness and is responsible for the functions required to complete transactions between the loan establishment and borrowers for commercial and real estate loans.
Essential Functions:
Verify and examine information and accuracy of loan application.
Prepare loan documents within Laser Pro.
Board loans into the core system.
Prepare loan file to be scanned.
Works on correcting exceptions found in loan files.
Uses independent judgment and decision making in carrying out the essential functions of the position.
Conduct UCC searches and file UCC Statements.
Responsible for HMDA and HOEPA.
Type and book letters of credit.
Title work for DMV.
Orders title work from attorney’s office or title companies.
Request flood certificates.
May have the authority to sign official checks.
All other duties assigned.
