Role Description
We are currently seeking a Manual Machinist to join our team in Franklin, PA. This is a full-time role based on-site. As a Manual Machinist, you will be responsible for operating manual machinery, reading blueprints and specifications, setting up and adjusting machines, and ensuring the accurate and timely production of parts and components. Attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures are crucial in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Manual Machinist or similar role
- Proficient in operating manual machinery and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Solid understanding of safety procedures and guidelines
- Effective communication and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certification or vocational training in Machining or a related field is a plus
