We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our team! We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to join our team, supporting a growing workforce in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of HR functions and be able to manage recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and HR systems. This role will be instrumental in implementing HR initiatives, supporting construction project teams, and fostering a positive company culture. The successful applicant will be proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing HR activities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Travel is required, and fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition :
- Oversee the full recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding for all levels of construction staff, including laborers, managers, and office staff.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
- Support the onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success.
