Job Description

Job Title : General Laborer

Location : Florence, KY

Pay : $17.00 / hour

Material handling, including conveyors and sorters.
Conduct basic service tasks such as picking and packing.
Maintaining production quotas
Shipping and receiving
Maintain a clean workspace

What We’re Looking For :

Team-player attitude with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.

Strong communication skills at all organizational levels.

Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb ladders for extended periods.

Valid state driver’s license and flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Experience & Education :

High school diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing environment

Physical Work Environment :

Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and use of hands for equipment and tools.

Ability to lift and / or move up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 35 pounds occasionally.

Work in an open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
