Job Title : Thermoforming Machine Operator
Shift Hours : Night Shift – 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
Pay Rate : $20.00 per hour
Location : Covington, GA
Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Thermoforming Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the operation and troubleshooting of thermoforming machines, ensuring the highest quality product packaging, and maintaining the efficiency of the assigned production line. If you have prior experience in thermoforming or mechanical operations and are committed to safety and quality, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities :
- Operate and troubleshoot thermoforming lines to maintain smooth production processes.
- Ensure the quality of product packaging, meeting all specifications and standards.
- Maintain production run efficiencies, making adjustments as needed to improve performance.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform quality checks at specified intervals to ensure consistent product quality.
- Follow all company safety rules and policies, promoting a safe work environment.
- Assist in relieving packers for breaks, ensuring that production continues without interruption.
- Communicate any unsafe conditions, unsafe behaviors, near misses, incidents, or accidents to a supervisor or manager immediately.
