Position : OCM Lead
Location : Hybrid in Orange County, CA
Organizational Change Management (OCM) Practitioner (APMG / PROSCI certified) with a minimum of 10 years’ experience
Expertise in leading OCM for technology transformation programs
Expertise in managing complex changes across all levels of a global organization
Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to :
1. Change Strategy Development : Creating strategies to minimize resistance and maximize adoption of new processes or technologies.
2. Stakeholder and Leadership Engagement : Identifying and involving key stakeholders in the change process to ensure their support and participation.
2.1. Identification and Analysis : Identifying all relevant stakeholders and understanding their interests, influence, adoption levels and potential impact on the change initiative.
2.2. Engagement Strategies : Developing tailored engagement strategies to address the needs and concerns of different stakeholder groups.
2.3. Leadership Alignment : Ensuring that leadership is aligned and supportive of the change initiatives.
2.4. Building Relationships : Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration.
2.5. Feedback Mechanisms : Implementing mechanisms to gather and act on stakeholder feedback, ensuring their voices are heard and considered.
2.6. Conflict Resolution : Addressing and resolving conflicts or resistance that may arise during the change process.
3. Communication Planning : Developing and executing communication plans to keep everyone informed and aligned. Ensuring clear, consistent, and transparent communication to keep stakeholders informed and aligned with the change objectives
4. Organizational Alignment : Providing all necessary support for stakeholders impacted by the implementation of a new operating model and associated off-shore ways of working.
5. Risk Management : Identifying potential risks associated with the change process and developing strategies to address them proactively.
