Position : AWS Data Architect
Location : Plano, TX Hybrid.
Experience with Manufacturing IOT data architecture and Engineering
- Experience with creating data models for IOT Data
- Experience with "Namespaces" is must have
- AWS experience is must have
- Data Vault experience is good to have
The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in Spark in Scala Databricks, Unity Catalog Admin, Amazon Redshift, Python Databricks, SQL Databricks Delta Lake Databricks Workflows and PySpark
Responsibilities
Data Architect experience with data modelling for IOT data
Experience with AWS a must
Experience with Edge computing preferred
Responsible for designing and implementing scalable data pipelines using Big Data stack such as Databricks Spark Scala Python AWS S3 Glue ETL Redshift
Design Ingress and Egress patterns for data lake to support self service use cases and improve time to business value.
Implement CI CD data pipelines using Git Hub GHA and Artifactory to automate the code build and promotion process
Engage with customers and principal architects understand the business requirements and build AWS cloud big data platform and solutions
Create proof of concepts implement frameworks evaluate new products and develop a roadmap for NextGen Technology and Digital Cloud First strategy
Engage in projects as needed work collaboratively with other team members communicate effectively and contribute to team success Lead technical discussions with both internal and external vendors
Cost Analysis and recommendations are provided for the platform technologies so that the client can make effective decisions on platform technology
