Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Punchh Platform Implementation Specialist to join our team and lead the successful deployment and configuration of the Punchh loyalty and engagement platform. The role requires working closely with clients to ensure the platform meets their business needs, providing training, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless implementation. Key Responsibilities: Implementation & Configuration: Configure and deploy the Punchh platform to align with the client's loyalty and engagement program objectives. Customize platform features to meet specific business requirements. Customer Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase. Gather requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure alignment with the client's goals. Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform thorough testing of the platform to identify and resolve issues before go-live. Troubleshoot any technical issues post-deployment to ensure optimal performance. Documentation & Reporting: Document implementation processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps. Provide regular updates and reports to internal teams and customers. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest features and best practices of the Punchh platform. Provide feedback to the Punchh development team for future improvements. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in software implementation, technical support, or similar roles. Hands-on experience with the Punchh platform is highly preferred. Skills: Strong understanding of loyalty and engagement programs. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in APIs, and system integrations.
