Job Title : Senior Graphic DesignerDuration : 12 MonthsLocation : Houston, Texas (Hybrid) (will be required to come in at least once a month - MUST be Houston based)Expereince : - 8 yearsJob Summary : We seek a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our internal marketing team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will create and design visual content for internal communication initiatives, corporate campaigns, and branding activities. You will also be tasked with developing and implementing design solutions to promote the company's messaging and objectives. To be successful as a senior graphic designer, you should have extensive knowledge of graphic design, styles, and techniques. You should also have experience in implementing marketing campaigns. Ultimately, an excellent senior graphic designer will ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality visual content. Even though this is a remote position, you may be required to come into the office at least 2 times per month.Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and create visual content that communicates the company's message effectively and creatively
- Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery
- Design graphics, infographics, illustrations, and layouts for presentations, digital and print materials, and internal communications
- Develop fresh branding and visual design concepts that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and liaise between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, software, and technology to improve design processes and elevate the company's visual identity
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to ensure consistency in branding across all company communication channelsRequirements :
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an internal marketing team or agency setting
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills
