Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow QA Engineer with a strong background in manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our ServiceNow implementations and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working specifically with ServiceNow and 5-6 years of overall experience in software testing . You will work closely with development, business, and functional teams to validate solutions and ensure they meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute test plans , test cases , and test scripts for various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, etc.).
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing on ServiceNow applications, including configurations and customizations.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and ensure accurate test coverage .
• Leverage automated testing tools (e.g., ATF, Selenium) to build efficient testing processes.
• Test ServiceNow workflows , catalog items , scripts , and UI policies to ensure that all implementations meet specified requirements.
• Perform API testing and data validation for integrations between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Identify, track, and report defects in JIRA or a similar bug-tracking tool and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and provide input on user stories and acceptance criteria from a QA perspective.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and help maintain the overall quality of the platform by contributing to continuous improvement processes.
• Collaborate with developers, administrators, and other QA engineers to create a test automation strategy for the platform.
