Key Responsibilities :
- Lead test automation and performance testing activities.
- Coordinate with client teams, managers, and business stakeholders.
- Develop and execute test strategies for application infrastructure migration to Cloud
- Plan, estimate, and manage test automation efforts, including smoke and sanity tests.
- Perform performance benchmarking and testing.
- Risk management and mitigation across testing phases.
- Monitor and report test metrics to ensure quality and progress.
- Strong understanding of test automation and performance testing.
- Proficient in planning, estimation, coordination, and test metrics.
- Ability to create and implement risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and automation frameworks.
- Solid knowledge of application infrastructure migration processes.
- Experience in automating smoke and sanity tests for application migration from data center to Cloud.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for client and business interaction.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualification :
Experience with ADO and related test management tools.
Previous experience in Cloud migration projects.
