Role Overview:
We are looking for an agile, customer-obsessed Director, Product Management to lead StickerGiant’s product strategy. You’ll lead a 3-person product/UX team as a player-coach, translating customer insights into a compelling user experience and building internal tools to run the business. You’ll own the product vision, roadmap, targets and co-lead agile development cycles with engineering.

What You'll Do:
- Lead with Data & Customer Insights – Conduct customer/competitor research, synthesize findings
- Design Thinking – Drive customer-centric, iterative product innovation and a differentiated user experience
- Define & Execute Product Strategy – Develop a high-impact roadmap, prioritized by impact/ease of implementation
- Optimize Conversion & Retention – Analyze funnels, engagement, site performance; A/B test and iterate fast
- Manage Agile Development – Create goals, business cases, user stories, product requirements, timelines
- Build a High-Performance Team – Foster a culture of execution, results, learning, problem-solving and innovation
- Manage Budgets & Targets – Set, track, and manage team goals and budgets, including revenue targets
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years in eCommerce product management, including 3 years in leadership and strategy
- Experience in B2C or small-scale B2B eCommerce across startups/growth-stage and mature businesses
- Passionate about delighting customers, profitably
- Entrepreneurial, agile, and thrive on ownership and accountability
- Highly analytical, able to generate and distill customer insights across a mix of data sources
- Fluent in product tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Confluence, Jira, Figma, heatmaps, BI tools, etc)
- Magento experience is a plus
- Strong engineering partner and cross-functional facilitator, with great MVP skills
Position Schedule:
- Full-time, exempt role
- Hybrid work environment
- 40 hours/week: Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm MST, with flexibility to work ex normal business hours based on business needs
- Compensation Range: $170-$180k Base Bonus
