Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Label Manufacturing Customer Service Representative located in Franklin, TN. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing an excellent customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Account Manager, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in maintaining customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of label manufacturing industry is a plus
- Experience with Radius is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
