What are the responsibilities and job description for the LEAD BA position at Resource Logistics?
1. Experience with requirement analysis, Business Requirements Analysis, Writing FRD, FSD, User Stories for customization / enhancements
2. Functional ownership of requirements from concept to delivery, including identification of customer needs, formulation of business requirements and functional specifications, and end-to-end follow-up on functional execution and delivery.
3. Experience of working with SQL queries for data analysis and able to understand different DB models
4. Understanding of the Micro Services based Clienthitecture
5. Experience with FS Risk domain (Nice to have)
6. Coordination with Product Owner and Business Stakeholders
7. Analyzing and advising regarding business process improvement, project feasibility and forecasting
8. Ability the ability to breakdown and convey complex information to diverse audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge. Visio, Lucid charts, JIRA etc. hands on exp is desirable.
