RMC is hiring for a Junior Inventory Management Specialist to support our customer onsite at NSWC Indian Head, MD.

- Perform a wide range of substantive clerical/technical support wor k
- Perform inventory accounting and control records entry and review, demand processing, requisition and re-supply, receipt and release of property, shipments, and management information recoverabilit y
- Perform periodic inventories of plant property, materials, and equipmen t
- Gather information to support inventory records, discrepancies, and assist with corrective action s
- Process disposal documentation as required, and post status record changes to maintain control of equipment disposition s
- Process material receipts; enter data in the inventory control system; enter receiving and shipping documentation; and notify management of discrepancies with maximum supervisio n
- Follow technical written procedures issued by the Federal Government for requisitioning, receiving, and storing supplies, repair parts, and equipmen t

- An active DoD Secret clearance is required to start. The applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified informatio n
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

.Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $38,000 to $48,000 (annually)
