We are looking for a Program Manager to support an upcoming contract with the Department of the Navy onsite in Port Hueneme, CA. This role will support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) Information Technology (IT) team assisting in supporting a complex matrix organization and sponsor-driven requirements to develop IT tools that can be used across different organizational boundaries. The position will help maintain Navy standard RDT&E applications and infrastructure, while staying updated on emerging technologies to improve mission and business efficiency. The work will involve creating an integrated IT architecture within a Navy-authorized network environment and ensuring compliance with Department of the Navy cybersecurity policies.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline
- A minimum of six years of experience in managing a DOD contract/task order ensuring quality of products and services, schedules, cost control, business relations, and management of personnel that includes: Planning, directing, coordinating, and managing administrative activities of the contract; Supervising managers and personnel in the execution of assigned duties/tasking; Reviewing and maintaining quality of technical work done on the program; Assuring and monitoring the timeliness and quality of all work products; Task and work planning; Monitoring and reporting task order performance and financial status; Controlling budget, schedule, and task execution; and Managing Sub-contractors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- An active DOD Secret level security clearance required

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $100,000 to $160,000 (annually).
