We are hiring for a Program Manager to support an upcoming contract with the Department of the Navy onsite in Port Hueneme, CA. This role involves supporting the research, development, testing, and evaluation of new and emerging technologies to meet mission requirements, such as cloud services or Big Data analysis, based on business case analysis. Additionally, support is provided for the command's computing environment, which includes maintaining servers, networks, applications, and databases, as well as performing OS upgrades and security patches to ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and operational availability for both unclassified and classified systems (up to Secret) and the Secure Internet Protocol Network (SIPRNET).
Requirements
- 15 years of professional experience in program / project management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate
- Masters degree in Math, Engineering, MBA, or other technical specialty
- Interim DoD SECRET Clearance is required to start. Personnel may be required to obtain and maintain a TS clearance. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- 7 years of experience with Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity
- 5 years running a large support services contract with subcontractors
- 3 years with budget forecasting and execution
- 3 years with Earned Value Management reporting
- 3 years identifying technical and programmatic risk areas
- 3 years developing and implementing risk mitigation plans and / or strategies
- Experience providing task direction, policy guidance, employee development to personnel under supervision
- Experience with cost schedule, and performance as they relate to program execution
- Experience identifying and / or acquiring qualified personnel for DoD cybersecurity support

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $126,000 to $163,000 (annually).
