About the Company: Our client a growth manufacturing company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer who can serve as a “Strategic Business Partner” for the Chief Executive Officer, as well as a key member of the senior management team. The successful candidate will be an experienced, driven, good-natured executive with a proven track record of leading the financial organization in a high growth company. The candidate must have proven success in evaluating, directing and assisting finance organizations with: value creation (including significant transformation experience), strategic planning, driving growth and profitability initiatives, implementing sustainable continuous improvement, and change management. An operationally oriented finance partner to the CEO and leadership team. Help grow and transform the business. Ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience including cost analysis, and inventory management. The CFO will provide a vision, focus and lead execution for the finance organization and the ability to assemble, motivate, retain, and develop a talented finance and accounting management team.
About the Role: The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Responsibilities include day-to-day oversight of the following functional areas: Accounting and Financial Controls, Cost Analysis, M&A and Integration, Forecasting, Planning, & Business Analysis, Tactical and Strategic Decision-Making, Tax & Treasury, Internal Audit.

Qualifications:
- Value creation strategic planning experience
- Significant Manufacturing experience
- Private Equity company CFO or VP Finance experience is preferred

- Internal accounting, cost accounting and reporting expertise
- Treasury expertise
- P&L oversight and monitoring
Education: An undergraduate degree is required and an advanced degree is preferred. Certified Public Accountant or MBA a plus.
