Job Requirements:
- Preparing the site: Cleaning and preparing the construction site
- Building temporary structures: Constructing and dismantling scaffolding, ramps, barricades, and signs
- Digging: Digging trenches and excavations for building foundations
- Loading and unloading: Moving building materials and equipment
- Operating machinery: Using hand tools and power tools
- Pouring concrete: Pouring, forming, leveling, and setting concrete
- Assisting others: Moving forms for carpenters and electricians, and removing hazardous materials and debris
- Following instructions: Following written and verbal instructions from supervisors and project managers
- Reporting issues: Notifying the construction manager of any problems
- Adhering to safety: Following all safety rules and regulations
Job Qualifications:
- Demolition experience
- Previous commercial construction experience
- Ability to work 40 hours a week
- Be able to work over time if needed
- Strong references that will support your work history
- Reliable transportation
Pay: $18/hr. - $20/hr.
