This is a hybrid role with 3 days/week onsite
Our client is looking for a Scrum Master to advise, mentor, coach, and train on performance against agile values, practices and processes to accelerate squad value delivery.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with squad and chapter leaders to enable delivery of the squad's mission through well-executed sprints
Accelerate overall squad performance, efficiency and value delivered by engaging within and across squads to find opportunities to improve agile maturity and metrics, and providing coaching, training and resources
Maintain and update squad performance metrics (e.g., burn-down charts) and artifacts to ensure accurate and clear feedback to the squad members and transparency to other partners
Skills You Bring:
5 years of Scrum Master experience, across several Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban etc, and driving projects to successful completion
Working experience of using collaboration tools like Miro, Jira and Confluence
Financial services experience preferred
Salary : $55,000
