What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant - N. Redington Beach position at Resource Property Management?
Resource Property Management is looking for an experienced administrative assistant onsite at a property located in North Redington Beach. 2 years administrative experience required!
Administrative Assistant. Requires excellent customer service and computer skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Respond to all voice mail messages and emails within 24 hours.
- Handle telephone calls maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Report emergencies to manager immediately.
- Contact vendors for services & / or supplies as needed.
- Utilize "Vantaca" for all aspects of community management.
- Assist manager with timely preparation of board meeting packets.
- Track annual report filings, elevator certs, pool permits, etc.
- Process sales / rental applications, gate entry systems, etc.
- Prepare violation letters in a timely manner.
- Process / scan invoices to Accounts Payable on schedule.
- Filing association records. Purge and box files annually.
- Special projects and or other miscellaneous duties that may arise from time to time.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
