Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in obtaining bids from service providers.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing complaints promptly and courteously.
- Respond to calls and emails within 24 working hours.
- Attend board and membership meetings during regular business hours.
- Use a proprietary software platform, Vantaca, to manage Action Items. Ensuring that all items are accurate and up to date.
- Inspect property as specified in the management contract regularly to identify issues and work with the CAM to develop corrective actions.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, keeping the CAM informed on current and upcoming projects, as well as any arising issues.
- Supervise and support on-site maintenance and landscaping staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and meet community standards.
- Collaborate with landscaping and maintenance crews to establish daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and community policies.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders with maintenance to ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with management, board members, and on-site staff to resolve concerns and implement timely solutions.
- Assist in preparing yearly budgets for supplies, staffing, and repairs.
- Good communication skills – written and verbal

- On-site property mobility – must be able to do regular property inspections that may require walking the grounds and may encounter rain, hail, wind, dust, fumes, water, potholes, uneven ground surfaces, trip hazards and other weather/environmental conditions outside of the control of Resource Property Management and the association while outdoors. Normal office conditions while indoors.
