Resource Property Management is a locally owned and operated community association management firm currently seeking Landscapers/Grounds Keepers in the Clearwater area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- The Lawn Crew is responsible for the following tasks:
- The operation of lawn tractors, zero turn radius mowers, and walk behind mowers is part of the duties.
- Working knowledge and operating capability to use string trimmers, hedge trimmers, and blowers, both back pack and hand held.
- Replace shrubbery and plant material as needed
- Make sure that all equipment is checked for operation and any needed maintenance '
- Ensure that all blades on all cutting equipment are sharpened
- Notify supervisor for follow up on residential rule violations dr problems on the property.
- Maintain the maintenance building, equipment, golf carts, trucks, tractors and supplies in a neat, clean and - orderly fashion.
- Maintain positive, cordial, businesslike relationships with residents & board members at all times. ® Perform other services which may be requested by the Property Manager through the Supervisor. « Follow established safety policies and procedures using OSHA standards for physical and chemical safety; including maintaining a current MSDS binder on site.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Must have and maintain a valid Florida driver’s license to operate golf carts & trucks. «• Operate power tools, and various other maintenance equipment
- Work cooperatively with staff members to create team environment and supervisory assistance. « Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with RPM policies and procedures.
- Ability to work Independently, carry out assignments to completion.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions, withstand outdoor heat exposure & strenuous physical activity, with full use of limbs & extremities, and unimpaired vision - within ADA guidelines for reasonable accommodations.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone
