RSS Engagement Specialist

Salary range: $19.00 - 20.50 hourly

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm 

General Description:

The RSS Engagement Specialist employee assists with greeting new clients during their intake processing and assists with identifying the clients’ essential needs such as clothing from the donations closet and allowable cosmetics. The ideal candidate is friendly, able to engage clients therapeutically, organized, meticulous and creative.

Task AND Responsibilities:

·       Meets & greets new clients with RRCOOC Customer service principles to determine client’s needs

     Complete paperwork for Admissions onboarding

          Maintain direct service donation requests and current needs data while working closely with various departments to fulfill current needs.

·       Provide clear communication and excellent customer service to ensure accurate completion of donation forms.

·       Maintain the cleanliness and grounds of the Donation Room.

·       Receives, inventories, stores, rotates, distributes and discards donated clothing and other items and maintains a current inventory of appropriate items needed.

·       General data entry/record keeping for donations. Maintains a weekly inventory of all facility provided client essentials such as razors, soap, deodorant, clothing, water bottles, toothpaste, etc.

·       Prepare and submit all required reports in a timely and accurate manner. Prepare and submit inventory and tracking reports to include, donations tracking report, weekly inventory report, and submit purchasing requests to order additional client essential items for approval from RSS Director.

·       Coordinate with outside vendors, retail companies & nonprofit agencies to obtain donations.

·       Update kitchen board based on new admits and send out updated Allergy list.

·       Scan and upload new admits property sheets. Complete weekly inventory of supplies and track monthly donations.

·       Manage relationships between organizations and donors.

·       Assist in all RSS functions as deemed by Director and Coordinators. Assist with client banking intermittently when needed

   Assist with Limited Smoking processes and protocols 

MINMUM QUALIFICATIONS

·       Possess a high school diploma or GED.

·       CRPA or CASAC-T preferred

·       Be able to proficiently speak, read and write the English language.

·       Be consistently organized, meticulous and flexible.

·       Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing computer to complete tasks.

·       Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.

·       Be a self-starter with excellent time management skills.

·       Possess a collaborative way of working.

·       Maintain strict confidentiality.

·       Behave professionally in manner and appearance.

·       A team player with demonstrated experience working with multiple groups or departments.

Salary : $19 - $21
