What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laborer with equipment experience position at ReSource Waste Services of Ware?
ReSource Waste Services of Ware is a C&D recycling location that utilizes and on-site rail system to ship residual. We are looking for a Laborer with equipment experience. The Laborer with equipment experience will be responsible for the following:
- Laborer:
- Laborer duties include the following but not limited to:
- Tarping rail cars
- Directing trucks
- Facility site upkeep
- Other assigned duties
- Equipment:
- Operate small equipment such as a forklift and skid steer with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Daily routine equipment maintenance.
- Training on heavy equipment
- May on occasion get involved with maintenance of the facility so any mechanical ability is a plus but not required.
- Training provided on site. Room for advancement.
- Ensure compliance within company standards, federal and state policies
- Adhere to health and safety programs.
- The position requires you to work outside in all types of weather.
- Able to lift approximately 50lbs.
- The position requires you to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
- The position is Monday - Friday with periodic Saturdays and usually 40-50 hours per week.
