ReSOURCE’s Construction 101 program provides adults with barriers to employment with job skills and career development training, and job placement services. The Program Manager will oversee all aspects of the Construction 101 program including instructor management, community partnership development, participant recruitment and screening, career placement and follow-up services, and program evaluation. The Program Manager will ensure that ReSOURCE’s Construction 101 program delivers high quality training instruction, links to relevant employers and training opportunities, and connects to a stable base of community partners.
We are ideally looking for a candidate with construction skills that can teach basic skills to the trainees. The higher salary range would be awarded to such a candidate.
The position requires extensive travel within the state of Vermont to Construction 101 training sites in a variety of communities and involves overnight stays. This full time (40 hours a week), salaried position reports to the Training Director.
