💼 Job Summary
We are seeking a Managed Services Help Desk Administrator with expertise in benefit administration, payroll, and compliance to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage and resolve client requests through various ticketing systems, ensuring timely and accurate support for benefit administration, payroll processing, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools such as Zoho Desk, ZenDesk, FreshDesk, iManage, MyCase, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, HubSpot Service Hub, Xero, Clio, or QuickBooks.
✨ Responsibilities
Help Desk Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and compliance.
- Utilize ticketing systems (e.g., Zoho Desk, ZenDesk, FreshDesk) to manage, categorize, and resolve support tickets promptly.
- Track and update ticket statuses, ensuring resolutions meet client SLAs and expectations.
Benefit Administration:
- Support client benefit enrollment, changes, terminations, and reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with benefit providers to resolve discrepancies and assist clients with compliance requirements (e.g., ACA, COBRA).
Payroll Processing:
- Provide guidance and support for payroll processing, payroll tax compliance, and benefit deductions.
- Address client payroll-related questions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Compliance:
- Ensure all client processes comply with federal and state regulations, including DOL, ACA, ERISA, and payroll tax laws.
- Monitor updates in regulatory requirements and assist in implementing necessary changes for clients.
Client Support:
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and maintaining clear communication.
- Generate and share reports, metrics, and audit findings related to benefits, payroll, and compliance as requested by clients.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the help desk workflow.
- Recommend and implement best practices for managing tickets and client interactions.
🎯 Qualifications
- Proven experience in a help desk administrator or support role, preferably in benefits, payroll, or compliance.
- Proficiency in ticketing systems such as Zoho Desk, ZenDesk, FreshDesk, iManage, MyCase, ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, HubSpot Service Hub, Xero, Clio, or QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of benefit administration, payroll processes, and compliance requirements (e.g., ACA, COBRA, ERISA, payroll tax laws).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing support.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with a commitment to accuracy in recordkeeping and reporting.
