Key Requirements
- 10 years of experience in software engineering, with 5 years in leadership roles
- Expertise in .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core).
- Proven experience managing offshore development teams.
- Previous experience working with startups.
- Experience managing an R&D budget of approximately $1 million per year
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) and Agile / DevOps practices
- Strong understanding of the media content industry , including streaming, content management, and digital distribution.
