Technical Lead (C#, .NET, AWS)

We are looking for an experienced Software Technical Lead to manage and guide a dynamic development team. This hybrid role requires 3 days on-site in Manhattan and requires strong proficiency in C# and .NET technologies , as well as experience managing offshore teams. The ideal candidate will oversee software project delivery, drive innovation, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Requirements :

• 10 years of experience in software engineering, with 5 years in leadership roles .
• Expertise in .NET technologies (ASP.NET, C#, .NET Core).
• Proven experience managing offshore development teams.
• Previous experience working with startups.
• Experience managing an R&D budget of approximately $1 million per year .
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) and Agile / DevOps practices .
• Strong understanding of the media content industry , including streaming, content management, and digital distribution.
