he Administrative Clerk will be responsible for providing help and support with the day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks in the workplace.
THIS JOB IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REMOTE WORK.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working with Microsoft Office programs – Proficiency in Excel required
- Entering shipping and receiving documents
- Quickbooks with AP and AR documents
- Ensuring all documents and records are up to date and correctly stored in management systems
- Monitoring compliance across all documentation
- Working close with management to complete tasks given
- Data administration – Ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
- Documentation of daily tasks
- Supporting engagement activities including food, meetings and orientations.
Pay: $18 to $23 per hour. BOE
Schedule: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
- Must live within commutable distance from Terre Haute, IN
- 1 to 3 years of experience
- High School diploma
- proficiency in Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- Ability to work in a team or independently
- Self-motivated
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
