Location: Lafayette, IN
Three Shifts Available:
1. Regular Night Shift: 12-hr 6:00pm-6:00am, 3 days on 3 days off
2. Purification Dept shift: M-F four ten-hr Days (7:30AM-6PM) for 2-3 weeks, transitioning to 12-hr shift, Days 5:45AM-6PM) or Nights (5:45PM-6AM)
3. Fermentation Dept shift: eight-hr M-F 7:30AM-4:15PM with 45-min lunch break for 2-3 weeks, transitioning to 12-hr shift, Days (5:45AM-6PM) or Nights (5:45PM-6AM)
Pay starts: $17.50-$19.95, potential for raises at 90 and 120 days
Tiers Days Night
Tier I: $17.50 $18.38
Tier II: $18.25 $19.16
Tier III: $19 $19.95
Work Environment: Safety first, Quality over Quantity
Job summary: The position begins in Industrial Housekeeping. Overtime, you will gain knowledge and new skills to transition into an Operator role through tier movement. It’s a great opportunity of career advancement!

Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Attention to details
- Strong trouble shooting and some mechanical aptitude are helpful
- Able to lift up to 45 pounds from floor to waist without assistance on a routine basis
