Job Summary: We’re seeking a skilled Bilingual CNC Operator to set up, maintain, and operate computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery. The ideal candidate is someone who is not only proficient in CNC operations but also fluent in both English and Spanish, to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Adhere to all safety and operational protocols.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a CNC operator or similar role.
Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
