Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. This role involves developing and optimizing CNC programs for both milling and turning operations, machining plastics 50% of the time and metals the other 50%. The ideal candidate has a strong background in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, GibbsCAM, Fusion 360, Esprit, etc.), G-code programming, and process optimization. Responsibilities:
- Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for both mills and lathes to machine plastics and metals.
- Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T symbols, and CAD models to determine machining strategies.
- Work closely with machinists and engineers to refine programs for efficiency and quality.
- Develop setup sheets, tool lists, and work instructions for operators.
- Reduce cycle times and improve tooling strategies to increase productivity.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs as needed.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline machining operations.
- Ensure all programming adheres to safety and quality standards.

- Minimum 24 months relevant CNC Programmer experience
