What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Assembler position at ResourceMFG?
We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, driven and collaborative Electrical Assembler within an electrical manufacture in Chatsworth, CA.
- Pay: $22 – $27
- Hours: 6am – 2:30PM
- Monday to Friday
Principle Duties
- Assemble wire harnesses using wires, crimps, connectors and other components, while following drawings and or verbal direction
- Solder components onto PCBs using hand soldering techniques and equipment
- After assembling, Inspect assembled wire harnesses and PCBs for defects, damage, or non-conformance to specifications
- Identify and report any defects, issues or shortages with materials, tools or processes to supervisor
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot any assembly issues
- Accurately and efficiently input time spent on various tasks and projects into Costpoint’s daily time tracking system to ensure accurate billing and project management
- Meet productivity and quality targets while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications:
- 3 years of prior relevant experience
- IPC-620 and/ or IPC-610 certification
- J-STD-001 certification
- Exceptional skills in time management and organization
- Excellent organizational skill and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Must be a “U.S. Person”, within the meaning of U.S. Regulations
