Job Information:
Responsible for the day-to-day warehouse upkeep, including picking and verifying orders, loading, and unloading of products, and inventory control using warehouse equipment. The warehouse associate is responsible for accurately receiving, storing, and distributing HVAC products, ensuring timely and efficient operations within the warehouse. This role requires strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay: $18/hr. 40-hour Work Week / Monday- Friday
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30 to 4:00PM W/ 30-minute lunch
Required Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products, paperwork
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and provide exceptional customer service.
- Safety **** Must wear safety Vest ( Vest Provided ), Must wear steal toe shoes ( Not Provided ), No Hats*****
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 months warehouse experience
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- additional certifications or training in warehouse operations is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Inspection
- Must be able to lift
- Receive incoming HVAC products, verifying accuracy against purchase orders or delivery manifests.
- Organize and label received items, ensuring proper storage and easy retrieval.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and equipment (such as forklifts or pallet jacks) to move, load, and unload products safely.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient order processing and timely shipment.
- Warehouse Organization
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from obstructions to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain proper storage conditions for HVAC products, adhering to industry standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of product movements, inspections, and inventory records.
- Assist in implementing and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
