ResourceMFG is currently seeking a dedicated Group Lead to join a local manufacturer in the Tampa 33619 area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow within a dynamic work environment. Pay $16
Responsibilities:
- Provide attention and support to associates on the production floor.
- Distribute work assignments, address inquiries, and monitor accuracy and quality for fiber optic cable assemblers.
- Generate daily reports and maintain order tracking systems on the production floor.
- Collaborate closely with the production manager to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Translate documents and emails from English to Spanish and vice versa.
- Utilize computer skills to facilitate job duties effectively.
Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Proficiency in reading and translating English documents and emails.
- Computer literate with the ability to operate necessary software.
- Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
