Local leader in architectural lighting solutions, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, motivated Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to launch their HR career and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR operations like filing, data entry, and document prep.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems.
- Support recruitment efforts, including interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Help with new hire onboarding and company events.
- Answer HR inquiries and assist with benefits and timekeeping. Perform general office duties, like scheduling meetings and ordering supplies.
Hours: 8 am – 5 pm
Pay: $ 19
Location: Chatsworth
Qualifications & Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
