Responsible for understanding and complying with all company and department related safety practices including wearing required PPE, following machine safety protocols, and notifying site leadership of unsafe working conditions.

Responsible for self-monitoring the quality of manufactured product(s) and notifying department leadership if quality practices cannot be met or maintained.

Set-up Machines to start a production cycle or change overs. Control and adjust machine settings and or tooling if needed.

Responsible for meeting established run rates and machine standards.

Maintain activity logs and hour by hour boards.

Responsible for minor troubleshooting on manufacturing machinery and communicating with Supervision when necessary.

Performs other duties as assigned to meet the objectives of the facility.
