Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced CNC Machine Operator to join our team in St. Charles. This position offers an hourly wage starting at $17. The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience and proficiency in reading blueprints. The work schedule includes three 12-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift per week and is contract to hire.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain advanced CNC machines to produce precision parts.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

• Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate and efficient production.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.

• Monitor and inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC machine operator.

• Technical expertise in operating and maintaining CNC machines.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong attention to detail and precision.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Physical ability to stand for long periods and handle materials as needed.
