Pay: $17-$18/hourly (depending on shift)
Shifts:
- 1st: Monday-Thursday, 5:00am – 3:30 pm, with weekend OT when needed – $17/hr
- 2nd: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 pm – 1:00am, with weekend OT when needed – $18/hr
Job Duties as an Assembler for ResourceMFG:
- Operates CNC dry and wet mill machines
- Starts and stops mill machines in a safe manner
- Loads feed mechanism by lifting stock into position
- Verifies setting by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces, adhering to international standards.
- Follow safety guidelines
- Follow standard work instructions as assigned
- Perform hands-on tasks
- Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
- Maintain clean and organized workspace

- Ideally at least 3 months relevant Assembly experience
- Attention to detail
- Able to use basic hand and power tools/tape measurer
- Basic Math
- Print Reading Skills
- Able to read/write in English
- Hand eye coordination and dexterity
- Physically capable of standing for 8 hour shifts
