Shift: 11pm to 7am Monday to Friday and some weekends as needed
Pay: $18 to $22 per hour based on previous verified experience.

This job is 8-10hrs a day, 5-7 days a week.
Role and Responsibilities
- Employee Relations
- Quality, Productivity and Cost Improvement
- Performance Measurement. Qualifications and Education Requirements/ Prerequisites
- Must be able to improve working conditions (safety, quality, productivity, cost) and increase subordinates’ skills and capabilities.
- Must prepare activity plans for the above and discuss them with manager.
- Must be able to assist Lead Supervisor in improving a system of production control, standard operating procedure, safety, quality control, and performance management.
Position Summary:
- Supervises shop employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment: plans and assigns work, implements policies and procedures and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions. Typical staff size is 20-35/1.
