- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor and troubleshoot network performance to resolve connectivity issues quickly.
- Support both wired and wireless network systems, ensuring reliable and optimal performance.
- Assist with network security, including managing firewalls, VPN configurations, and other security measures.
- Collaborate with IT teams for system upgrades, integrations, and new network implementations.
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
- Respond to technical issues and escalate when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging networking technologies and best practices to keep our systems cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Network, Fortinet Firewall/Router, and Sonic Wall Router.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and network troubleshooting tools.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN configurations, and Active Directory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively assist users and document technical processes.
