Contract to hire in Bay City

1st shift 6a-230p Monday-Friday, rotated Saturdays 5a-10a.

$15-$17

Essential Functions:
• Operates equipment to strip, sand, remove corrosion, fill dents and prepare fabricated steel items for paint or other coatings.
• Clean parts by hand or spray using hot phosphatize wash prior to painting or coating. Performs light maintenance and cleaning of spray equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Responsible for loading unpainted parts on overhead line and racks.
• Cleans paint mixing area, work area, and maintains cleanliness of shop and work areas.
• Communicates and works with others on the team and adheres to quality standards.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Fully participate in and support the company’s Quality System.
• Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner according to company and OSHA guideline.
• Wear the proper protective equipment as required.
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company’s discretion.
