As a Picker/Packer you will be responsible for packaging materials and products manually.
Typical duties and responsibilities
- Check inventory, find, and collect merchandise for shipping
- Verify and record outgoing products
- Prepare items and assemble packages for shipping
- Load items as needed to move throughout the facility
- Comply with all safety rules and guidelines
Required skills and qualifications
- Ability to read and understand packaging orders, and work with minimal guidance
- Ability to operate computers and relevant shipping software
- Follow safe work practices and procedures
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Physical stamina
- Prior experience as picker/packer
- Able to work 1st shift
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have a High school Diploma or GED
