ResourceMFG is hiring entry level production workers for Processor/Production positions.
We are looking for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, like to be challenged, and value the opportunity to make a difference.
- Full time-Mon. to Fri.
- $17 while on days and 9% differential 2nd shift rate.
- 2nd shift 3:00pm-11:30pm
- Train on a day shift

Operator 1 experience is not necessary, however, must show longevity during previous employment.
Operator 1 Duties:
• Prepare and assemble product.
• Operate equipment.
• Inspect, packing ,and tuning products.
• Ensure quality of final product.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in clean and orderly condition.
• Contribute and adhere to safety and quality.
o be successful in this role, operators must have the following traits:
- A keen eye for detail
- Mechanical aptitude
- Use of a Respirator
- Ability to comply with safety guidelines
- Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Minimum 1 year manufacturing
