Job Description
This role involves setting up and operating equipment, making gauge adjustments, and selecting raw stocks. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate equipment, including tooling and controls
- Makes necessary gauge adjustments and settings
- Selects proper raw stocks and checks against blueprint specifications
- Segregates, sorts, and disposes of scrap and writes scrap tickets
- Counts, reports, and records production
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Good attendance record
- Able to handle physically demanding tasks
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Pay and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate starting at $20.50/hour. Shift details include working 2nd shift from 4:30pm-3am Monday-Thursday.
