What are the responsibilities and job description for the PZT Batching position at ResourceMFG?
ResourceMFG is looking for a Machine Operator to work in a cleanroom environment of a ceramic wafer manufacturing company.
Shift: Train on day shift 630am to 3:00pm
2nd shift: 3:00pm to 11:00pm
Pay: $19.04 during days 9% night differential
Manufacturing Machine Operator Duties Include:
- Fabricate ceramic wafers according to written specifications.
- Operate equipment and run production material.
- Inspect wafer for thickness, specification measurement, usingvarious equipment.
- General Cleaning of Machine.
- Supporting set up’s of machines.
- Read and follow written specifications and procedures in all areas.
Requirements:
- Must have one year manufacturing machine operation experience.
- Experience using precision measuring tools.
- Above average math skills to calculate percentages, work with decimals, and read measurements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Be able to handle and inspect small and delicate components using a variety of tools.
- Above average computer skills for data entry.
