Premiere Printing Company in Durham, NC, is in need of Quality Assurance/Quality Inspectors. Awesome performance to hire opportunity.
Hours: 6:45am – 7:15pm, 6:45pm – 7:15am (2-2-3 Rotating Schedule)
Pay: $18.50 days, $19 nights
Quality Assurance/Quality Inspector responsibilities include:
- Product Inspection: Conduct detailed inspections of incoming materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- Testing & Measuring: Use measuring tools, gauges, and equipment to verify that products meet required specifications.
- Documentation: Record inspection results and document any issues or discrepancies. Report findings to management for corrective action.
- Compliance: Ensure all products comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and client specifications.
- Process Improvement: Identify trends in quality issues and work with production teams to implement improvements.
- Calibration: Regularly calibrate inspection equipment to maintain accuracy.
- Corrective Action: Assist in investigating defects and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., production, engineering) to improve product quality.
- Audit & Reporting: Participate in quality audits and prepare inspection reports for management.
- Final Inspection: Review finished goods before they leave the production floor to ensure they meet customer requirements.
