summary We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our Sales Department in McAllen TX! Schedule : Monday through Saturday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM Pay : $11-$13 / hr. Paid Weekly! Responsibilities : Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate sales representative. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients. Contact customers to inform them when their plates arrive and schedule pick-ups. Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area. Greet and assist customers as they enter the dealership. Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth communication and operations. Handle customer inquiries and provide information about dealership services and products. required-skills : Requirements : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is a plus. Proficiency in using phone systems and basic computer applications.
